Currently, as of 2019, Facebook has updated it's policies on personal data & how its processed. China is holding Muslim people in concentration camps in Northwestern China. Many people have been affected, and CNN did a report about how difficult it is to do journalism on this, because of Chinese government officials following them, and creating precautionary measures to stop their investigations. China currently has a communist government. The Communist party believes that economic equality can be reached through elimination of private property. They do not believe in social classes, and think that everyone should be economically equal. The Chinese government has continued to deport family members of US citizens who speak out against this. According to USA Today, China is deporting people in an effort to eradicate their social identity and culture (even though the Chinese Muslim population is already very small, since most people there practice Buddhism). Just five hours ago, President Donald Trump tweeted "Very good call yesterday with President Putin of Russia, despite what you read and see in the Fake News Media. Look how they have misled you on "Russia Collusion." The World can be a better and safer place. Nice!"  Trump has been accused and tried for (by the Mueller report) Russian election meddling. In this tweet, he tries to explain that Russia had nothing to do with the 2016 election, and that the United States and Russia will have a great relationship in the future.  Back in 2016, (some of) the US was shocked when President Trump won the election. Hillary had won the popular vote, while Trump won the electoral vote (and, therefore, the election).  Backlash started immediately after, with the want for things like recount and accusing Trump and Putin of meddling in the election.  As of this year, Trump has not been proven guilty of election meddling. 

Earlier today, reports came out stating that North Korea had been testing missiles for the first time in a year. Even after this, Donald Trump still believes that there will be a deal between North Korea and the United States. Trump stated that North Korean Leader Kim Jong Un would not do anything to hurt North Korea's relationship with the United States. Today, he tweeted, "Anything in this very interesting world is possible, but I believe Kim Jong Un fully realizes the great economic potential of North Korea, & will do nothing to interfere or end it. Shrimp in the UK is testing positive for cocaine, and scientists have no clue as to why. According to a press release by Kings College London, "...we found that the most frequently detected compounds were illicit drugs, including cocaine...". They believe it to be traces of environmental pollution. 15 sights were tested and other drugs were also detected. The drugs include ketamine, pesticides, and pharmaceutical drugs. The shrimp were only to have a low effect, however, so you can't get high from these (unfortunately).
